Find work or hire creatives: two ways to use Tenderspot

Your Spot is for finding paid work. Hire creatives is for listing it. Both areas use one sign-in, with separate profiles and access.

Two clear starting points

Tenderspot now has two account areas. Find work takes suppliers, freelancers and agencies into Your Spot, where approved accounts can browse the available summaries and save a shortlist. Hire creatives gives buyers and commissioning teams an area for submitting a brief and seeing its review status.

An agency can do both. You might look for a brand project, then need an independent animator to help deliver it. Tenderspot uses one approved sign-in for the two areas, while keeping subscriber features tied to the account’s assigned plan.

What buyers can try now

In Hire creatives, the List an opportunity button opens a structured form for the scope, budget or pay, location and application deadline. Public submissions are not open; the form accepts fictional test briefs only. Submitted details go into a private review queue; they do not become live opportunities automatically.

The buyer area displays that account’s saved submissions and their review status. Authorised Tenderspot reviewers can assess them separately. Posting requires sign-in, and choosing the buyer area does not grant staff access or change a subscription.

What comes next

Before public launch, buyers need a registration and verification route that works independently of a paid supplier subscription. Live publication and communications also need to be completed and checked. The current form does not collect applicants or send submission emails.

We are keeping the wording direct: Find work, Hire creatives and List an opportunity. The supporting descriptions still use suppliers and buyers, so people accustomed to tendering can recognise which side of the process they are on.

Approved testers can try both routes today. Use fictional details in the buyer form and treat every test receipt as a submission for review, not an advertised vacancy.
