What you buy
Your order identifies the plan, seats, features, monthly total, VAT, any introductory price, subsequent price and cancellation route. Access begins after payment is confirmed and the membership is activated. Public registration and checkout remain closed until launch acceptance is complete.
- Freelancer: £5.99 per month, one named person, up to five relevant published opportunities per seven-day selection period in the selected main service. The first selection is made immediately when the membership becomes active. Where fewer than five suitable open opportunities exist, available places can be filled as eligible work appears. A guaranteed supply of five new jobs is not promised. Profile changes affect the next selection, without unlocking a second selection in the current period. Available previously issued and saved picks remain subject to the published archive and withdrawal rules.
- Founder: £19.99 per month, one named person, access within the main service category, matched recommendations, Learning Spot and eligible Dotty help.
- Agency: £39.99 per month, three named people, full released catalogue, upcoming-work view, shared shortlist, individual profiles, Learning Spot and eligible Dotty help. The workspace may export 100 distinct records per calendar month; downloading the same records again in that month does not use further allowance.
- Extra Agency seats: £7.99 per seat per month. The confirmed upgrade shows any part-month charge and the new recurring total before payment. New seats become available only after payment confirmation. Adding seats does not restart the subscription or extend an introductory offer.
- Growth: a separately agreed written quotation and service schedule.
All listed prices include VAT. Only monthly subscriptions are offered through this checkout. No annual purchase or free trial is implied.
The opening offer is £12.99 per month for Founder or £29.99 per month for Agency for the first six paid monthly periods, limited to the first 30 eligible paying organisations. The seventh paid period uses £19.99 or £39.99 respectively. Extra seats remain £7.99. Eligibility is checked before payment. Duplicate accounts do not create additional offers.
Each seat belongs to one named person using their own verified email. The workspace manager may invite, remove or reassign seats for genuine team changes. Do not share credentials or repeatedly rotate seats to evade the allowance. Optional member MFA and mandatory owner/staff MFA remain applicable.
Renewal, cancellation and refunds
The subscription renews monthly at the disclosed price until cancelled. Stop renewal from Membership → Manage billing before the renewal time. You can also email hello@tenderspot.co.uk or submit a support request before renewal if the control fails. We will honour a timely cancellation request. Cancellation normally preserves access until the end of the paid period, as shown in Membership.
Cancelling because you no longer need a business subscription does not normally refund the unused part of the current period. This does not restrict refunds or remedies for an unauthorised or duplicate charge, failure to provide the agreed service, termination by us without your material breach, or rights required by law. Report a material failure so we can investigate and try to remedy it. If we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, you may end the affected service and receive an appropriate refund for what was not supplied.
If a renewal payment fails, the service currently allows up to seven days after the last paid period to resolve payment, subject to any earlier cancellation or security restriction. This payment-recovery period does not restart your billing cycle or waive an amount owed. New team invitations and extra-seat purchases require an eligible paid subscription. Use the billing area to resolve payment or request support; cancellation remains available. If payment is not recovered, paid features stop when the recovery period ends.
We will notify you at least 30 days before a new price increase takes effect at renewal, except an applicable tax change explained to you. The previously disclosed six-period opening offer ends at its stated standard price. Material reductions to a prepaid service will be notified where practicable; if a reasonable equivalent cannot be provided, you may end the affected term and receive a proportionate refund of unused prepaid fees.
Opportunity information and guidance
We provide the included discovery, search, matching, shortlist and guidance features with reasonable care and skill. Coverage varies by source and plan. We do not promise every available opportunity, eligibility, a minimum contract value, income or a successful application. Public notices may also be available free from their original publishers.
Tenderspot does not employ you, select candidates, act as the commissioning buyer, submit applications for you, or process payments between buyers and suppliers. Apply and contract directly with the buyer or employer.
We take reasonable care to check information and flag material inconsistencies we identify. Original briefs may still contain errors, omissions or changes we have not detected. Check the buyer’s latest brief, amendments, deadline, timezone and application requirements. An absence of flags is not a guarantee that every detail has been verified. Matching and “best suited to” descriptions are guidance, not eligibility decisions. Upcoming work is not open for applications; past work is labelled accordingly. We will review reported errors and may withdraw an item while checking it.
Learning Spot is general guidance. Dotty’s AI assistance can be wrong and requires your review. Submit only public facts or fictional placeholders to AI assistance, as its confirmation explains. It does not submit applications or replace professional advice. Included usage controls are shown in the service.
Permitted use, rights and security
Use the service for your organisation’s own work and ordinary internal collaboration. Keep source attributions and respect source-specific restrictions. Do not resell access, redistribute protected content as a competing service, harvest the database, bypass permissions or intentionally overload the service. This does not restrict assistive technologies or rights you independently hold under law or an original publisher’s licence.
We retain our rights in Tenderspot’s brand, software, original content and qualifying database rights. We do not own public facts or third-party briefs. Open-licensed information remains subject to its licence. Linked documents, logos and personal data may have different conditions. You retain rights in your own information and grant only the rights needed to provide, secure and support the service.
We may proportionately restrict access for a credible security risk, material breach or legal requirement, and explain the reason and offer human review where safe and practicable. We will restore access if a restriction was mistaken. If we end the service for a reason unrelated to your material breach, unused prepaid fees will be refunded proportionately.
Responsibility and complaints
Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. We remain responsible for providing the agreed service with reasonable care and skill. We do not promise a buyer’s independent decision or a contract award. No unreviewed financial liability cap is included in this version.
Contact hello@tenderspot.co.uk or Contact & support with the account, listing or payment reference and the outcome sought. Do not send passwords or full card details. We will investigate and explain the result. Private support links must be kept safe; account and privacy actions may require identity checks.
English law governs business subscriptions and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without removing mandatory rights or jurisdiction required by applicable law. The order and these terms form the agreement. An unenforceable provision does not invalidate the remainder where legally possible, and delay in enforcing a right does not waive it.
