COVERAGE & CONFIDENCE

Creative work.
A clear view of the opportunity.

Tenders, contracts, projects and temporary roles need different checks. We make the type of work and the route to applying clear.

See the source, status and points to clarify. Member opportunities link to the original notice. Coverage varies by source and work type; illustrative examples are labelled.

BUSINESS CONTRACT

Tenders & quotations

Formal procurement and requests for quotations for creative services. Check supplier requirements, the process and the submission deadline.

DEFINED PIECE OF WORK

Projects & commissions

Paid briefs from identifiable organisations, from a film or identity project to a campaign. Check deliverables, payment terms and usage rights.

TIME-BOUND ROLE

Temporary & fixed-term roles

Creative employment with a defined duration. Salary or day rate, hours, location and employment basis must remain distinct from a project budget.

WHERE OPPORTUNITIES COME FROM

Original sources.
Permission to use them.

Our intended coverage includes official procurement portals, direct buyer and employer notices, and specialist boards where access and reuse are permitted.

Every source must be assessed before it becomes a feed. An accessible webpage alone is not permission to collect or republish everything on it.

We explain source categories and limitations publicly. The detailed source directory, collection rules and internal review records remain private.

AUTOMATIC OPPORTUNITY CHECKS

Questions flagged.
Before you commit your time.

Our automated checks scan the source information we can access for discrepancies, missing details and conditions to clarify. Look for Things to know on an opportunity.

Dates that do not agree
Different closing dates or an uncertain closing time are flagged for confirmation, rather than presented as one certain deadline.
Budget details to clarify
A missing budget, or several amounts in accessible documents, can be highlighted so you know what to ask.
Requirements worth checking
Conditions found in accessible documents and creative work within a wider brief can be highlighted before you invest time in a response.

Checks depend on the information available and may miss an error or a later change. No flag is not a guarantee: always read the current original brief and amendments before applying.

WHAT A LISTING SHOULD SHOW

Enough information
to make a decision.

Scope and work type
What is being bought, the main services and whether this is a supplier contract or an employment role.
Value and its basis
Project budget, estimate, salary, day rate or framework ceiling. An unpublished amount stays unknown; a framework total is not guaranteed income.
Stage and deadline
Open for applications, early notice, closed or withdrawn. Exact dates, time zones and later changes need to stay connected to the listing.
Best suited to
A reasoned indication of likely fit for an independent specialist, small team or larger agency, with supporting requirements where available.
Source and application route
The original publisher and its application instructions for members with access to that opportunity.
Freshness and uncertainty
When the source was successfully checked, what changed and what still needs confirmation. Unresolved cases should not be presented as verified open work.

Included only when it is paid work.

Permanent vacancies, grants, unpaid pitches and competitions are outside this Creative selection. Early notices must be labelled separately from invitations to apply.

Always check the current brief.

Coverage is bounded and a match does not guarantee eligibility. Public notices may also be available free from their original publishers.

How we count our figures

Available now

Available now counts open opportunities released to members across all plans. Your access depends on your plan and service. Closed, expired, withdrawn and upcoming work is excluded.

Past 30 days

The past 30 days counts distinct opportunities in our member catalogue with a recorded application window overlapping the last 30 days, including those now closed. It includes opportunities available now. Import dates do not count as opening dates; uncertain historical dates are left out.

Opportunities screened

Screening totals count unique opportunities assessed since tracking began, including work later ruled out or closed. Repeat checks do not increase the total. Duplicate corrections may reduce recorded totals.

Advertised value

Value includes comparable stated GBP project and contract budgets only. Salaries, day or hourly rates, unknown budgets, unclear ranges and disputed amounts are excluded. Shared procurement budgets are counted once using the largest recorded amount, rather than adding the same budget across multiple lots. Figures retain the source’s VAT basis; they are not a VAT-adjusted market total.

Multi-year and framework estimates may be included. Advertised value is not guaranteed earnings.
