Is Tenderspot live, and are the demo contracts real?
You can browse this website without an account. Member access currently requires an invitation. Your Spot separates real source summaries from synthetic practice examples. You can sign in, filter briefs and save a shared workspace shortlist. Subscriptions, applications and live alerts are not enabled.
Explore opportunitiesWho is Tenderspot for?
UK creative freelancers, studios and agencies looking for paid work. The planned subscriptions are for business use, including sole traders. Choose your plan by the access you need, rather than your employee headcount.
About TenderspotHow do Freelancer, Founder, Agency and Growth differ?
Freelancer offers a weekly selection and one named seat. Founder adds a searchable matched list and Learning Spot for one seat. Agency includes the full stated Creative database coverage and three seats. Growth adds separately scoped specialist bid support, subject to availability.
Compare the prices and full plan detailsWhat is a named seat? Can we share one?
A named seat is for one person in the subscribing organisation. Each person has their own preferences; shared logins are not the intended use. Agency includes three named seats, with additional seats shown in the plan details. Your workspace has an assigned number of seats. Self-service registration and team invitations are not open yet.
Who gets Learning Spot? Is the Help Centre paid?
The Help Centre is free to everyone. Full Learning Spot guides are included with Founder, Agency and Growth; Freelancer does not include them. Everyone can browse the article previews. Learning Spot checks your plan before opening a full guide.
Browse Learning Spot previewsDoes Tenderspot include more than public tenders?
Yes, the intended scope also covers paid creative contracts, projects, commissions and temporary or fixed-term roles. Work types must be clearly separated. Permanent vacancies, unpaid pitches, grants and competitions are outside the selection.
Read what we coverHow do matching and “best suited to” work?
Planned matching compares opportunity information with your services and preferences. “Best suited to” describes likely supplier size or delivery scope. It is guidance, not the buyer’s eligibility decision. In this demo, filtering is based on the choices you make; no AI matching runs.
How do I apply, and is winning work guaranteed?
In the live service, eligible members would follow the original buyer or employer’s application route. Check the current documents, deadlines and amendments. Tenderspot does not submit bids, award work or guarantee a result. The fictional examples have no real application route.
What if a listing looks wrong, closed or suspicious?
Check the current original notice before acting. Report the opportunity reference, what looks wrong and any relevant source link through Contact & support. Do not send passwords, payment card details or confidential bid documents.
Report a listingCan I buy a subscription now?
Not yet. You can compare the launch plans and prices, but checkout is not open and no payment is collected. Viewing a plan does not start a subscription.
Check the proposed plansHow will I manage renewal, cancellation or a billing problem?
Before launch, account controls and final subscription terms must make renewal, cancellation and billing clear. They are not active here. If you need to raise a question now, use Contact & support; browsing is open; Your Spot requires an approved account.

Your shortlist is stored securely for your workspace. It remains after sign-out and is shared with other approved seats in the same workspace. Your main service belongs to your individual profile.
